The Creative Strategist will report to the Founder and CEO of Sunday II Sunday, Supply Factory Brands, and our upcoming Skin Health portfolio. S/he will be responsible for aiding in the developing and execution of creative and content strategies to drive successful marketing initiatives across our portfolio of brands. This role is a mix between creative ideation, execution and project coordination with an analytical lens across the entire stack. In this role, you will work closely with strategy leadership and our content teams to define challenges, uncover insights and find opportunities to market brands, products and concepts though content, turning ideas into actionable briefs and content while supporting each project from end-to-end, from idea inception to execution. The ideal candidate is wildly curious, imaginative, analytical, and a natural storyteller. They're empathetic and love finding creative solutions to strategic challenges. They obsess over bold creative & media approaches that drive cut-through creative and deliver business results, with an ability to work in a fast moving and ever-changing start-up environment. Ultimately, s/he is incredibly inspired by the opportunity to help craft global brands to become widely recognized and deeply admired by millions.

Collaborate with the CEO to identify global business priorities and create creative briefs that help translate a problem/ opportunity into a project, delivering strong and compelling content around existing products, product launches and more. Execute programs effectively by managing relationships directly with business stakeholders and coordinating with creative teamsManage your own workload and prioritize multiple requests from various brands and parts of the business. Guide strategy for executions that are audience-led, insights-driven, measurable, on-brand, and ultimately lead to a memorable experience for the end-user. Work closely with team leads to create post-campaign reports that prove performance and make recommendations on how to optimize.

3-6 years of proven experience at a brand or agency

Strong track record of bringing brands to life from insight to execution including: audience research and insight development, writing creative and marketing briefs, campaign platform and message development, digital and channel strategies, building customer journeys and campaign ecosystems

Excellent communicator with strong writing/editing skills and incredible attention to detail

Organized, self-motivated and scrappy, willing to do more with less and able to creatively problem solve while managing deadlines and prioritizing projects

Problem solver who can work well with ambiguity

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Experience with various photo, video and content editing software (Adobe Creative Suite [Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.] and/or Final Cut Pro) Analytical skills and ability to use data to optimize creative content Passionate self-starter, decisive and able to move with speed to implement ideas

Obsession with creating world class experiences Willingness to challenge the status quo

Passion and proficiency in all digital social media platforms a must, i.e. Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, Twitter, TikTok etc.Experience with D2C and consumer brands in the health and beauty space is a huge bonus.
